Although positive airway pressure therapies, such as CPAP or BiPAP were the gold standard when it came to treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), compliance for this type of treatment is, and has always been, very low. This is why many major medical insurance companies are now providing coverage for oral sleep appliances to treat OSA. Our office is one of the very few in Delaware that can properly bill your medical insurance company and get you coverage.
